When will my order be processed?
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 5 - 21 days, internationally are in transit for 7 - 30 days.
We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible. When ordering please make sure you select the correct model type, color, tone because we cannot modify your orders. Modifications or cancellations cannot be made once the order is in the system.
Order will be processed within 24 hours of ordering and be shipped the next day after processing day. All orders are handled and shipped out from our shop or warehouse in China. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sale seasons.
Do we charge shipping cost?
Yes, we charge for international shipping cost. But we are glad and honour to inform you that we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders for Malaysian only ( with minimum purchase of RM300)
How do I track my order?
We will proceed your order as soon as possible when we receive the notification of your order. You will receive the tracking information of your parcel via email after 3 to 7 working days of placing your order.
Kindly allow 3 to 7 working days for the carrier to update the tracking delivery information of your parcel. You will be able to track your order via your shipping confirmation email by clicking on the parcel tracking number, you can view the parcel information.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation will emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment. Shipping costs are dependent upon the weight of the package and delivery location. Customers are responsible for custom duties and taxes for all international charges.
We may release your information when we deem it appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others' rights or property.
